• River House Tackle Co. sells made-to-order apparel and stocked fishing tackle. Please review product details and selected options before ordering.

  • Made-to-order apparel is not eligible for return because the wrong size, color, or design was selected.
  • Stocked tackle is not eligible for return because the wrong weight, color, or package option was selected. If you have questions about a gear order, please ask, and we will be happy to find a solution.
  • We do not accept general change-of-mind returns.
  • Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may be reported within 15 days of delivery.
  • Include the order number and clear photographs when reporting an issue.
  • Contact River House Tackle Co. before returning anything. Do not return products without instructions.

  Approved remedies may include replacement or refund depending on the item and verified issue.
